SPOTLIGHT: Hackers target Web applications
As businesses work to gain more traction in online services and transactions, hackers are working just as hard to bust into the Web applications being put in place. According to the Web Application Security Consortium, Web hacking incidents numbered 58 this year, quite a jump from last year's 16 reported events. This year shows signs of being the worst so far, with about 20 incidents already reported. Article
