Spotlight: Draft solicitation out for the world's largest private IT network
The Department of Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Center released a draft request for proposal Sept. 30 for its massive Navy/Marine Corps Next Generation Enterprise Network. NGEN is considered the federal government's largest information technology program, serving more than 700,000 users.
