SPOTLIGHT: A new approach to fight phishing
There's a new strategy to fight phishing and it incorporates using a mobile device as an authenticating tool. The software, developed by two students and a professor from Carnegie Mellon University's CyLab, stores encryption keys on the mobile device that, once connected online, will protect Web surfers from falling victim to malicious sites. In essence, the mobile device serves as secure electronic key ring. Article
