Redmond invites Mozilla into the Vista fold

Taking a very public approach, Microsoft's internal open source development squad is extending an invitation to Mozilla to bring its browser application, Firefox and its email program, Thunderbird, into the Microsoft platform fold. The invite, posted on an open source community site, indicates that Microsoft is serious about verifying as many applications as possible as compatible with its upcoming Vista system.
