'Play Ball' for good communications
Communication is a primary tool for every tech leader yet good communication can be elusive for various reasons. As one career expert and coach explains, a good strategy to take is the "talking baseball" approach which offers up the opportunity to share and teach while communicating. The first step is realizing it has to be a team connection when communicating to staff. Then take the stance that you're the 'manager' of your team and that talking tactics with those involved on a project is a must to make the best decision.
