Online security future bleak
One leading security vendor has a dire outlook on the tech security future. Symantec CEO John Thompson believes that if corporations and governments don't take immediate action to strengthen online security and rebuild consumer and user trust in companies handling personal and confidential data, then the global economy is at great risk. People will soon turn away from doing business online. But some other experts don't see such a negative future and aren't convinced the ongoing data breaches are impacting online business today.
