Mobile security tool for SMBs

In the wake of recent news reports about increasing mobile device security concerns comes an announcement of a new security tool from NetMax Communications. The DataTurf system features an encrypted VPN which can secure connections over potentially unsecured public hotspots and networks--it drives the network traffic back to the Internet over a fixed broadband connection. According to the vendor, it's a great, inexpensive solution for small to medium sized enterprises trying to open up more mobility options for employees without putting the corporate data network at risk.
