Microsoft appears to be serious, and much more sensitive, when it comes to providing deeper security and privacy features within its products. It just released a 49-page guideline on how it's developing features to protect user and customer data when it comes to the Internet. Its chief privacy strategist will take to the lectern later this week to talk about how the company's software development guidelines.
