Mac gets its first worm attack
Pundits are calling it the first legitimate virus attack against the MacIntosh operating system but luckily it's nowhere near the danger aspect of today's Windows' malware assaults. The worm, called Leap-A, tries to use Apple's instant messaging program to promulgate and is disguising itself as graphics of the upcoming Leopard OS. As long as users don't click through and install it they'll be fine.
