Little trust in IT labor scenario

If a new salary survey results are true indicators of what's happening within the IT labor industry, it seems neither candidates nor hiring companies want to be the first to start showing serious commitment. Job candidates are still a bit fearful about job security. For their part, companies know that a tight hiring market means employees will jump at the chance to receive either more money or better benefits. It's a scenario that does no one much good. But as one expert notes, prosperity and creativity only happen in a collaborative environment.
