Listen to Marc Benioff and you'll hear the word "Internet" used quite a bit when he talks about business and technology innovation. The CEO of Salesforce.com believes that the Web is where business must operate and that's why his company's software and expanding line of services has gained such traction. As he explains, the Internet has not only brought a change in strategy to big players like Apple; it's also hindering innovation for those, like Microsoft, who haven't yet seen the light.
