Recent research has found that the outlook for the IT employment sector is looking good, and that may mean that unhappy talent will soon walk out the door. According to Challenger, Gray & Christmas, an employment consulting firm, job cuts in the first quarter of this year dropped by 40 percent compared to the same time frame last year. IT professionals working in the storage systems administration and IT security sectors are in the driver's seat due to high demand for such skills, according to the firm.
