A Deloitte Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group survey reveals that hiring workers with special tech skills is only going to get tougher as the year progresses. Ninety-seven percent of enterprises are going to be busy increasing staff headcount, but nearly half of CEOs polled in the survey said that finding, hiring and keeping skilled IT professionals is their top challenge. In response, some companies are boosting stock plan options and offering flex hours. Twenty-eight percent are now offering a career growth plan.
