Intelligence agencies way behind tech eight-ball

For all the technological advancements, many of which have received federal funding in the billions, it seems the U.S. government's intelligence agencies are more than a few steps behind the eight ball when it comes to using new tools to gather and share data and knowledge. As one former Defense department analyst reveals, the situation is not only sad but clearly puts the U.S. in a weak position when it comes to determining future terrorists attacks, either on land or online.
