IE, Firefox vulnerabilities crop up

A week nearly went by without a new browser flaw being discovered. Oh, well. This time, two new vulnerabilities in Microsoft's Internet Explorer, one of which could also cause issues for Mozilla's Firefox, have been revealed. One flaw involves the process of accessing documents provided between Web sites. The second flaw is connected to how HTA applications are run. Security experts say no hacker has yet used the flaws to do anything malicious.
