IBM seeks more Hispanics for IT jobs

IBM hosted a summit in New York this week with leaders from several other large companies, including Lockheed Martin, Univision, and ExxonMobil, to discuss how to recruit more Hispanics into scientific, technology, engineering, and math careers. CIOs at other companies should take notice, and seek to follow the lead of the computer giant.
