Hiring qualified IT help takes time
According to a new survey, it can take as long as two months to hire a qualified IT employee and even longer to hire an IT manager. Although it can be difficult to find the time to go through the hiring process because your own organization is short-staffed, companies must find a way to dedicate the time necessary to cull through potential candidates. If not, work remains undone, good candidates take jobs elsewhere, and existing employees become overworked and dissatisfied.
