Greater demand ahead for project leaders
If you know that you'll be needing qualified project management help in the New Year, you'd be smart to jump on your recruiting efforts as soon as possible. While not as in demand as Windows network admins or help desk personnel, project managers will be hard to come by given the expected increase in PM work. A new survey from Robert Half Technology reports that six percent of CIOs predict PM work to be the fastest growing IT role in the first quarter of 2007. That's a jump of four percent from this quarter alone.
