One of the few business headaches that hasn't hit the CIO's desk or to-do list yet is focusing on making their company more environmentally astute, or "green," when it comes to conserving resources, taking care of old outdated technology devices and overall becoming more environmentally friendly as an enterprise. But as experts note while the issue is currently a few steps down on the corporate ladder in terms of responsibility, it's going to land in tech leaders' laps very soon. The best strategy is to get prepped on what it means and how it can help IT foster even greater relationships within the business enterprise.
