One of the worst business scenarios is when a company finds itself under a malware attack and has no plan, strategy or remedy to recover from the attack with little financial loss. The best defense is a solid offense--and the first step is getting prepped for a potential attack. That means building a response team, mapping out responsibilities and outlining a chain of command. Then, your tech team has to know what to be looking for as there are warning signs before an attack hits the network. The third and fourth steps involve creating a response and defense plan.
