Felony charges for ex-HP execs

The other shoe finally dropped in the ongoing HP scandal, with the former chairwoman being formally charged for breaking California state laws in relation to HP's alleged corporate spying actions. The California Attorney General says Patricia Dunn as well as three subcontracted investigators working for HP used fraudulent pretenses to obtain information in their quest to find who was leaking sensitive corporate information. Also charged are a former HP lawyer and several other investigators hired on to help with the leak investigation.
