Factors spurring competition in outsourcing

The outsourcing trend, according to most reports, is still strong as the companies can offer less costly IT services. But as one India-based tech firm explains, good old fashion American know-how, especially around business management and tech expertise, is fostering outsourcing competition. Today's small firms believe they have a good chance at grabbing business from the big boys, like IBM. The fact that younger firms are using better technology and systems is also proving to be a winning factor.
