Execs happy with IT but not with tech ROI
Corporate leaders are happy with IT initiatives and achievements but they're not completely confident that the return on investment is as high as it should be, given the financial commitments made to technology. According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers report, three quarters of senior leaders acknowledge the beneficial business impact from tech spend but the majority of them aren't confident that ROI is as good as it could be. Still, a majority do view the IT effort as very good or excellent.
