Disaster preparation not a primary focus

The news about disaster recovery and IT preparedness wasn't good at the Storage Networking World conference this week. CIOs and IT leaders readily admitted that their enterprises aren't ready and protected against disasters. Just a handful of 50 in one seminar indicated they were prepared. The main culprits thwarting DR is a lack of testing systems, lack of top IT leadership support for making it happen and interoperability headaches.
