Court case fallout could mean more spam

If you think there's tons of spam already hitting your filters and inboxes, it could likely get much worse if a governing Internet domain organization strips a U.K.-based non-profit anti-spam organization of its own domain. Spamhaus was successfully sued by an email marketing firm over being blacklisted as a spam originator. The marketing company now wants off the blacklist. But Spamhaus contends doing that would release the spamming floodgates--estimating that 50 billion more spam mails would hit the Internet.
