Looking For Definitions

A great many articles on tech leadership talk about what being a leader really means and what vision and innovation are all about. Yet, its very hard to find specific illustrations of all of those terms relative to technology achievements and advancement within the enterprise. I'd love to hear an example of good leadership and innovation that has taken place within your tech organization and hope you will write in and share for an end of the year special editor's note.
