There's an old saying about keeping friends close and enemies closer--that's how IT leaders need to approach the malicious hacking community. In order to beat back the threats, risks and increasing sophistication hackers are showing these days, organizations have to climb into the mind of hackers and understand their motivation. According to experts, criminal online activity isn't just about glory or being able to break into guarded data banks, but to reap financial reward.
