CIO, CTO aligned in pushing tech ahead

Alignment between IT and the business goes easy when a CIO and a CTO are in sync, collaborating on technology deployments and working together to fuse technology within the business structure. As British Telcom's CTO Matt Bross describes, his relationship with CIO Al-Noor Ramji is about moving IT from the role of an internal support organization to being a strategic driver of the business.
