CEOs disillusioned with CIOs

According to a new study from Forrester Research, CEOs don't think much of their CIOs. While they don't complain much about the performance of technology within their organizations, CEOs don't expect much from their IT departments and don't find CIOs to be particularly proactive when it came to business innovation, cost improvements or effective asset management, the study found.
