C&L: How to keep your career propelling forward

Everyone's job, at some point, gets a bit stagnant or even boring, and that's usually because goals have been achieved and dreams have been realized. To get out of that rut, you need to come up with new goals or dreams to work toward. As three security leaders explain, keeping your career thriving comes down to a simple skill: the ability to keep pushing forward and mapping out new golden rings to grab. South Carolina Bank and Trust has named Rodney Overby as CIO and executive VP.
