Another round of layoffs at IBM

Big Blue is not done with layoffs yet. Alliance@IBM, an organization working to unionize IBM's U.S. employees, says IBM is cutting at least 200 more jobs.

The layoffs are primarily in the company's Global Business Services unit. So far this year, Big Blue has laid off more than 5,000 workers and there is no end in sight. The company had no comment on the latest layoffs.

The job reductions come just after IBM reported profits of $3.1 billion for its second quarter of 2009 despite a 13 percent drop in revenues.
