A CEO who sees the IT light
There's a constant push by experts and analysts for tech leaders to pull the top executives into the technology realm, garner support and make corporate leaders aware of how valuable IT is to the business goals. At one insurance company, that's actually not only happened, but the CEO is a major tech champion, pushing ahead tech everywhere he can. As Ron Williams says, "we think about technology as the means by which we actually achieve implementation of our strategy... At our core, we really are a healthcare information technology company."
