The BookReader V100 is a unique scanner that converts a printed page or book into an audio file.  Applications for this scanner include; assistance for visually impaired students and faculty, special education classrooms, resource rooms and reading assistance classes. Books, periodicals and any printed documents are easily converted to many popular audio files including MP3 and WAV.  In addition, a high contrast display mode is provided to assist the visually impaired.
