It's of little surprise that data retention and knowledge management will be areas of primary focus for the next few years, given how valuable data is in the enterprise. A big part of that, according to industry experts, making sure critical employee and staff knowledge is retained given the impending baby boomer retirement wave. In addition, business agility, electronic record keeping and knocking down IT silos are also big priorities for the new year.
