While describing the inherent security risks involved with "quad-play" (delivering mobile, voice and video over the same network) as one of the largest security issues looming over enterprises, Cisco's CEO John Chambers asserted that he believes it'll all be worth the risk. One reason is that it will undoubtedly boost Cisco's networking business. But more importantly, he says, the collaborative nature of combining these communications functions will lead to incredible productivity and the ability to share data faster within the business process arena.
