Viper Networks Generates $300,000 in Monthly Billings from Wireless Services Division in Saudi Arabia

Company Projects $3 Million Annual Revenues from Communications and Wireless Services Branch Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), a telecommunication network operations and technical management company, is pleased to announce one month business results and the commencement of consistent revenue expectations from their established Wireless Services operations in Saudi Arabia.

For the month of October 2010, the Company’s Saudi Arabian operations generated approximately $300,000 (USD) in new business from their Communications and Wireless Services division based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Since the majority of Viper Networks’ revenue generation in Saudi Arabia last month came from the start of longer-term or annualized renewable agreements, the Company’s contractual continuance in November and December should produce 4th quarter billings of approximately $1 million for the 3-month period ending 12/31/10.

Further, Viper Networks is projecting 2011 revenues from their Communications and Wireless Services division in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of approximately $3 million.

These business billing and/or revenue numbers are mainly from Viper Networks’ wireless connectivity services in Saudi Arabia and only reflect results from this one country.

On an operational note, the Company’s primary wireless communications equipment is located in the two highest skyscrapers in Saudi Arabia, both of which are located in the capital city of Riyadh, including Kingdom Centre located in the business district of Olaya, the tallest tower in Saudi Arabia and winner of the 2002 Emporis Skyscraper Award and selected as the "Best Skyscraper in the World for Design."

Finally, many of the Company’s larger corporate clients are allowed a 90-day payment grace period for services rendered, so monthly or quarterly business results or production numbers may or may not be recorded as revenues for the defined period. After the 4th quarter ending 12/31/10, any quarterly or annual revenue projections going forward should approximate actual revenues recorded during said period for purposes of this press release and any projections herein.
