New program gives resellers the tools, support required to easily deliver MSSP services

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The network security company Stonesoft today announced the availability of a new MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) program, offering its network of resellers the opportunity to host and operate Stonesoft’s network security solutions. This new program gives resellers a low-risk opportunity to leverage Stonesoft’s diverse portfolio of network security solutions to expand their revenue streams.

Stonesoft's new MSSP program is especially designed for IT resellers whose customers are mainly small or medium-sized (SMB) companies that have decided to outsource their security management. Through a multi-tenant architecture and the ability to monitor and manage various customer domains through a single management console, Stonesoft’s MSSP-friendly offerings gives resellers an easy way to deliver MSSP services, identify new business opportunities and uncover stable revenue streams.

Unlike competing MSSP programs, Stonesoft offers a low-risk, pay-as-you-grow model. This allows resellers to minimize customer acquisition costs by paying only for the number of activated security engines.
