The Cryptographer’s Panel – On Tuesday, February 15, at 10:30 a.m. PT, this panel will feature the always engaging and lively dialogue between information security industry luminaries and will be moderated by Ari Juels, Chief Scientist, RSA. The discussion will be focused on the latest advances in cryptography, research areas to watch in 2011 and provide practical insights and recommendations into the most pressing issues currently facing security professionals.
Town Hall: Cybersecurity 2011: Advancing Collaboration as Threats Evolve – On Tuesday, February 15, at 12 p.m., join Michael Kaiser, Executive Director, National Cyber Security Alliance and leading cybersecurity experts, including senior officials from the White House and key federal government agencies, for an in-depth dialogue about ways to increase collaboration in the face of more and more sophisticated threats in cyberspace. This will be an interactive Q&A with leading government cyber security officials and industry experts (including Shannon Kellogg, Senior Director, Government Affairs and Public Policy, EMC Corporation) on topics that are important to risk managers in both the private and public sector, domestic and international.
The Murder Room: Breaking the Coldest Cases – On Wednesday, February 16, at 4:40 p.m. PT, bestselling author Michael Capuzzo reveals the inner workings of the mysterious Vidocq Society: celebrated forensic investigators tackling unsolved murder cases that have confounded conventional techniques. Michael will be joined by Vidocq Society members William Fleisher and Richard Walter. The collaboration of these brilliant minds will set an inspiring example to the RSA Conference community.
