New Position to Perform Enterprise-Level Planning, Develop Corporate and Business Unit Strategies and Provide Oversight of Acquisition Integration

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- One Call Medical, Inc. (OCM), the nation’s leading provider of specialty services to insurance payers, today announced the appointment of John Stanzi to the newly created position of executive vice president of strategy.

Stanzi has over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic planning in the financial and insurance markets. Prior to joining OCM, Stanzi served as senior vice president at York Risk Services Group, where he played a key role in the acquisition and integration of seven businesses and developing enterprise-wide operational metrics. Stanzi also worked at Merrill Lynch and Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible in various capacities for the execution on investments to middle market companies.
