Announced today at Cloud Expo, which is being held this week at the Santa Clara Convention Center, this news follows yesterday’s launch of Rackspace Cloud: Private Edition.

Rackspace Cloud: Private Edition is a new OpenStack™-powered cloud offering from Rackspace, which enables enterprise IT departments to realize the benefits of Rackspace Cloud in their own datacenters and is backed by Rackspace managed services and operational support. MomentumSI will provide implementation and consulting services tailored to Rackspace Cloud: Private Edition, allowing enterprises to accelerate time to value and mitigate risk through architectural, process, and change management best practices as well as deep enterprise implementation experience.
