Learning Tree Introduces New Hands-on Course: .NET 4 Programming for Existing .NET Developers
RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Learning Tree International (NASDAQ NGM: LTRE) has announced the introduction of a new course entitled .NET 4 Programming for Existing .NET Developers. In this two-day course, our expert instructors will review with attendees many new features of .NET 4 that can be incorporated into existing .NET applications, or used with new applications that can be used to make development easier and programs more robust and maintainable.
.NET 4 Programming for Existing .NET Developers provides a hands-on experience applying new .NET 4 features with exercises that include:
- Enhancing ASP.NET 2 Web applications using new features of .NET 4
- Programming LINQ to Object queries
- Mapping object and relational data using Entity Framework and the Visual Studio ORM designer
- Creating and accessing REST services with WCF
- Incorporating Ajax and jQuery for responsive Web user interfaces
- Building Silverlight applications with styles and animations
