PROACTIS, the Spend Control and eProcurement specialist, today announced that Land Securities has selected the PROACTIS Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) software solutions to help drive greater efficiencies and savings across its operations.
Land Securities is the largest commercial property company in the UK and a member of the FTSE 100. It owns and manages more than 29 million sq. ft. of property, from shopping centres to offices.
The PROACTIS solutions will allow Land Securities to streamline the requisition and workflow of new suppliers and source best value products and services throughout the organisation, while driving cost competitiveness. In addition, they will be able to monitor supplier performance to minimise supply base risk and reduce sourcing cycle times.
Land Securities expects to have the PROACTIS Sourcing and SRM solutions live in rapid timescales including out-of-the-box integration to the organisation’s Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).
The PROACTIS solutions will be used to standardise procurement and sourcing activity across the operations to achieve greater procurement efficiencies and reduce the overall operating cost of the organisation. PROACTIS will support 550 users and the management of over 1,000 suppliers.
