Industry expert joins Jeitosa’s global HR consultancy to provide dedicated expertise to multinational clients in the Eastern region

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jeitosa Group International, a leading global HR and systems consultancy, announced today that Freddye Silverman has joined its leadership team. Silverman takes over responsibility for the Eastern Region of Jeitosa’s North America practice, focusing on supporting the company’s current multinational clients and expanding services in HR strategy, systems deployment, and research. Highly respected for her years of experience in human resources, Silverman strengthens Jeitosa’s capabilities in areas of global HR strategy and HR technology. “Freddye brings incredible HR and systems experience to our Eastern Region clients,” says Steve Parker, Vice President of Jeitosa’s North American business. “Her depth of industry knowledge and her ability to understand business needs will be a great asset to all of our clients.”

Silverman, formerly a Principal at Silver Bullet Solutions, has more than 20 years of HR systems experience, specializing in advisory services and project management. Previously, she was responsible for strategic planning and oversight of global HR systems and the US payroll system at Cendant Corporation. She is a certified Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) from the International Human Resource Informational Management (IHRIM) association and is a widely acknowledged expert in the field of global HR strategy and technology.
