ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Engineering Services Network Inc. (ESN), Engineering Services Network Inc. (ESN), an engineering and technology solutions company that provides services to DoD and other federal agencies, announced today that it was selected as one of 16 awardees to compete for task orders under the Army IDIQ Contract on Information Technology Solutions-Small Business (ITS-SB).

The period of performance is for three base years, with one two year option. The IDIQ has an overall ceiling value of $400 million to the 16 awardees.

In selecting ESN, the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC/NCR), was seeking qualified contractors to support the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with information technology (IT) services within CONUS.

Under the contract, vendors will transform to a single Army Network/Army Enterprise Infostructure (AEI). ITS-SB offers services-based solutions under which contractors may be required to provide a full range of IT equipment. End-to-end solutions are included to satisfy CONUS development, deployment, operation, maintenance, and sustainment requirements.
