CitizenHawk Expands Sales Force with New Hires
ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CitizenHawk, a provider of online reputation and brand protection services, has expanded its business-development team with the addition of two experienced online brand-protection specialists: Bob Samuelson, who joined the company as senior director of business development, and Ann Satterfield, who was named regional sales manager.
Samuelson will focus on driving new business opportunities with enterprise clients and developing strategic partnerships with key organizations. He also will help coordinate marketing campaigns and contribute to the company product-development efforts. Satterfield will work with significant online retailers and other major corporations to protect their brands online, increase revenues and decrease costs. She also will help facilitate domain recovery efforts on behalf of companies suffering from online brand infringement.

Samuelson comes to CitizenHawk from Melbourne IT, where he most recently served as manager of Web Traffic Services-Americas, focusing on search engine optimization and web analytics for enterprise clients. Before that he managed the Digital Brand Management Services group at VeriSign, providing support to 25 filed sales representatives. Samuelson graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge, with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. A former All-American volleyball player, he was a member of the 1992 U.S. Olympic Team, which was awarded the bronze medal.
Satterfield’s brand protection experience was largely gained at Corporation Service Company, Inc., where she was corporate consultant for national accounts. In addition to executing national and regional sales campaigns, Satterfield established and maintained consultative relationships with senior-level executives at Fortune 500 companies and major law firms. She also has held several positions at Automatic Data Processing, Inc., including district manager-Major Accounts, divisional training manager-Major Accounts, and district manager-TotalSource.
Satterfield earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University.
