Leader in EA and Business Transformation Gains Strategic Contracts with DOJ, DHS and HUD

CHANTILLY, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citizant, a leader in enterprise architecture and business transformation services for the federal government, announced today its success in 2010 resulted in eight contract awards worth $61 million in total contract value. The company expects to add roughly 40 new employees in the greater Washington area in 2011.

Major contract wins for the company included prime contract work with the departments of Justice, Homeland Security, and Housing and Urban Development. Most of this business growth reflects Citizant’s ability to offer best-value solutions to a variety of customers in full-and-open competition.

Under its 2010 contracts, some of Citizant’s most significant new assignments include:

Project management and data-processing functions for DOJ – $17.2 million over five years
Enterprise architecture for HUD – $9.4 million over five years; $7.5 additional possible
Business process re-engineering and application development for DOJ – $2.2 million over 18 months
Enterprise architecture services for DHS – $4.1 million over 18 months, with an additional $15.9 million possible over five years
Information assurance services for DHS – $880,000 over three years
Enterprise-wide customer management system for GSA – $4.1 million over three years
