Industry Veterans Bring Strong Financial and Business Expertise

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Arista Networks, Inc. the leader in next-generation cloud networking, today announced the appointment of Steffan Tomlinson to the position of chief financial officer as well as two additional independent board members to Arista’s existing board of directors, Laura Conigliaro and Dan Scheinman.

New Board Members

Ms. Conigliaro is a 30-year industry veteran in finance and technology research. She was a managing director and partner at Goldman Sachs, and most recently held the role of co-director of Americas equity research. She brings decades of specialized research and analyst expertise in the data center systems sector, covering enterprise server and storage companies.

Mr. Scheinman is a seasoned high technology executive, investor, and advisor for emerging companies. Mr. Scheinman has had a diverse and stellar 18-year career at Cisco Systems in legal, business development and general management functions, serving most recently as senior vice president and general manager.
