RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AMC Technology, LLC, a leading provider of multi-channel interaction management solutions, today reported results for 2010 that included explosive growth in revenue of their Salesforce.com adapter, continued growth in subscription based revenue, and an increased adoption rate of their migration protection plan offer.

AMC's customer base of their salesforce.com adapter experienced growth of more than 300% in 2010. Customers seeking telephony integration into salesforce with a fully certified product are turning to AMC to provide such integration. AMC is one of just a few vendors that offers fully certified integration to salesforce; and the only vendor to provide integration to all of the leading switch vendors, including Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, and Nortel. AMC also offers custom development services, for those customers looking for enhancements or modifications to the standard adapter.

“With AMC’s long-term investment in CRM and Contact Center integration products, we’re positioned well within the industry,” stated Anthony X. Uliano, Founder, CTO, and President of AMC Technology. “Our existing products continue to sell well and we have some significant new products being introduced later this year.”

AMC also experienced continued growth in subscription based licensing revenue. More than 20% of new customers opted for subscription based licenses in lieu of traditional perpetual licensing. Customers continue to embrace SAAS offerings, easing budget constraints by selecting subscription based licensing models over a capital purchases. In addition to the AMC Application Adapter for Salesforce.com, AMC offers all of their products for sale under a subscription-based licensing model, including AMC Application Adapters for SAP, Siebel, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Remedy, and Microsoft CRM.

Throughout 2010, AMC's migration protection plan proved to be a valuable offering to AMC's existing customer base. As companies consider replacing existing applications for newer technologies, they can protect their investment in the AMC MCIS middleware by swapping out only the CRM adapter or CTI connector for their new chosen platform and leaving all other infrastructure intact. This allows for a more seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.

One customer who leveraged AMC's migration plan offering is Avid Technology. Avid has been a client of AMC for almost a decade. When considering migrating to another CRM platform, Avid turned to AMC for their unparalleled expertise in the industry. Selecting another fully certified solution that easily integrated to their existing technologies was important to them. "AMC’s superior support throughout this project and post-go live has helped make our migration another success," stated Hong Chen, Senior Director, Global Applications for Avid Technology.
