Haters of Microsoft's Windows Genuine Advantage beware: the program is being extended to Microsoft's other cash cow. The company has debuted Office Genuine Advantage, or OGA for short, a program that will require that users of Office XP, 2003 and 2007 validate their software before downloading updates. It will be interesting to see how the company handles OGA for bulk license customers--the program could potentially cause headaches or even security concerns for some IT departments.
