There was a whole lot of exciting news for Dell fans yesterday: colorful new laptops, new monitors and a refreshed desktop lineup [1]. But we know what really caught your eye: that ultra slim, SSD-sporting, LED-backlit XPS m1330 [2]. The early reviewers seem impressed with this 3.9-pound wonder, noting its portability, strong performance, excellent battery life and varied wireless options. However, the lappie is not without its flaws: the touchpad is small, add-on storage and optical options are scant and the 9-cell battery adds quite a bit of weight. If you can look past those flaws, however, the m1330 might just be the perfect Windows portable for the business traveler.
